Before returning your order please kindly refer to our Return Policy by clicking here to ensure it meets our return conditions.

To return your order, please ensure it's packaged carefully for sending back to us as we are not responsible for the item whilst it's in transit to our warehouse. 

We strongly advise to retain a proof of postage from the courier you select to send the return back to allowing for peace of mind on both ends. 

We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded by us. 

We aim to process all returns within one week of receiving them at our warehouse. However, during busier periods—typically between May and September—processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
