What do I do if my order arrives damaged?Updated 3 months ago
Whilst our team great care in packing to ensure your order is delivered safely, there may be rare occasions due to courier handling that causes damage in transit.
We kindly ask for you to get in touch with us as soon as possible upon your order being delivered by contacting [email protected]
Please take detailed photos of the damaged item (s), the packaging and also a photo of the date clock dials- these can be found on the base or underneath the item.
Photos and videos allow us to share your feedback directly with our warehouse and courier services to investigate further or prevent this from happening in the future.
We will help to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
