What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 3 months ago

We're sorry if you have received an item different to the one you ordered, whether it's product or size. 

To help us address this and check further please provide the following details:

Check your order has not been tampered or damaged 

Send us a photo of the item you have received and the packaging label 


Once we have verified the mistake, we will help by actioning the below:

Sending a replacement to you of the correct item 

Help in arranging a return of the incorrect item


Please be assured the return back to us will be provided for with a pre-paid label and we will happily dispatch the correct item at no extra charge.
