◾ Send us a photo of the item you have received and the packaging label
Once we have verified the mistake, we will help by actioning the below:
✅ Sending a replacement to you of the correct item
✅ Help in arranging a return of the incorrect item
Please be assured the return back to us will be provided for with a pre-paid label and we will happily dispatch the correct item at no extra charge.
