My order is missing an item, what should I do?Updated 3 months ago

We're sorry that there's an item missing from your order!

Before getting in touch with us please kindly check the below as we will need to request for our warehouse to check the scanning log of items on your order:

  • Review your order, both from the order confirmation you received and from your account on My Carry Potty, to confirm the missing item is included in the order confirmation. 
  • If you’ve placed multiple orders, your orders will have different order numbers - this means different deliveries and no incomplete orders.
  •  You may have placed an order with pre-order and in-stock items. In this case, we have shipped them separately based on your request to us. 
  • Send us a photo of the package you have received so we can check if there has been a mistake at our warehouse. 
  • Please check to see if the parcel has been tampered with upon delivery- please document this with clear photos and urgently get in touch with us so we can raise this with the courier.


We anticipate all of our orders to be packed and scanned carefully by our team and will fully investigate all orders missing items for future review and development.
