I think my potty is leaking, how can I check this?Updated 3 months ago

We're sorry to hear your potty may be leaking, this is most unusual as our potties are leak tested before leaving our factory.

Check our helpful points below to establish if your potty is leaking and please be assured we can help further if needed:

 The main cause could be the lid not properly shut. You must ensure it is fully CLICKED shut to ensure a full seal by pressing the lid down firmly until it's clicked into place.

- You may find some sand or dirt caught in the rubber seal causing it to seal insufficiently.

- The contents inside the potty are over the maximum line.

- The seal has been damaged causing it to seal insufficiently.

- There are some residual drops on the lid which have dripped down causing it to appear it's leaking .

These need to be dried prior to closing. Please refer to the image & further information below.
