My Carry Potty product warranty and guidance information:

At My Carry Potty we strive to ensure our potty training products are designed with your little one's needs in mind, using high quality materials to allow for safety, comfort and durability.

We're here to support you with a 1 year product warranty, if you find you have purchased our product and a manufacturing fault is present please get in touch with us. 

The My Carry Potty product warranty covers all products; a manufacturing defect exists if the product deviates from it's intended design. 

Whether a defect is present will be determined by My Carry Potty based upon evaluation of the product. 

Our warranty does not cover:

Wear and Tear- All products are subject to normal wear and tear which occurs through normal use, however scratches or print fade through handling and cleaning are not regarding as a manufacturing fault.

Accidental Damage- such as dropping, cracking, or mishandling the potty, is also not covered by the warranty. While we understand that accidents happen, damage caused by misuse or accidents will not be repaired or replaced under this warranty. 

Helping extend the life of your potty training products:

To extend the life of your potty, we recommend following the care instructions carefully and cleaning as instructed. Proper care helps keep the product functioning properly, but natural wear and accidental damage will occur over time.
